2016 touchpad question - secondary unresponsive?

Hi all,

I just tried out the 2016 macbook pro in the Apple store, but was unable to get the secondary tap to work properly (using two-finger tap).

I tried disabling force touch and other 2-finger gestures, but it never seemed to respond.

Any ideas?

On my current macbook it just requires a VERY light two-finger tap, and I wouldn't want to switch to a trackpad where this was a major issue.
