2017 13” Performance with external monitor

Greetings.
Any of you use this laptop with a external 2560 x 1440 monitor?
Basically photoshop / illustrator and browsing what interests me the most.
No super big or super heavy files.

I know the GPU is crap but I might have to lean towards mobility hence my interest.

I don't see why would have any issues. I have been using my late 2016 13" 8gb, 256 model since release on an external 27" 1080 monitor. Now that's only 1080 but don't see why you would have an issue.

I know you are asking specifically about a 1440p monitor, which I can’t answer, but I can tell you I run two 27” 1080p monitors off my 2017 13” MBP wTB, and it has no troubles at all.

Based on your described uses, I don’t see any issues running a single 1440p monitor off your 2017 MBP
