2017 - 27" iMac - Occoasionally fans loud after waking up from sleep....

Does that make any sense ?

Occasionally when I wake my iMac up after hours of sleep the fans will be louder (only time I hear them), then after a minute they settle down to not hearing....

Any ideas ?

I looked at Activity monitor and nothing suspicious....
