Sadly no, the pinout for DDR4 RAM is different from DDR3. The best you can go is 2133 MHz DDR3, but this is still plenty fast, in fact the only speed gain from DDR4 comes from the higher clock speed (2400 MHz vs 2133 MHz), so not a big deal.

Not that I would likely notice the difference betwixt DDR3 vs DDR4 anyhow, the way I use the desktop, but the mrs is looking to process RAW files from her DSLR and I do want the best available ATM since well likely be keeping this for 5+ years as we have w/the late 1012 Mac Mini
