No- why on earth would I have to do that? it worked in the past on my other macs for 12 years--but thank you-everytime they do an "update" the users have to spend days debugging, trial and error-comeon Timmy
You said yourself ..... "nothing I have done seems to fix it" , so I suggested something you could try which would, in all probability, 'fix it' for you. It doesn't take too long, just a couple of hours in my experience.
Since your original post there has been another Update to macOS Ventura 13.7.2 (22H313
Perhaps that will have solved your original problem. Has it? Please advise.
