I am hoping to get everyone’s opinion to first see if this idea will work, and/or if there is a better way to do what I want to do than what I will describe.
For reference I am upgrading from a 2012 imac to a New 2017 15 inch pro is. For my desk setup I have decided on the LG UltraFine 5k. I have several usb 3.0 devices that will need to be connected.
My number 1 and 1a priorities are to hook up my usb 3.0 RAID enclosure and my usb connected Audioengine DAC.
My thinking is that I will connect the macbook to the display with the included thunderbolt 3/usb c cable. with the remaining three usb c ports on the display, I want to connect the following three hubs -

In theory this covers my bases of having several usb 3.0 connections, SD card adaptor, and ethernet.
My question is, will I be able to daisychain all of these devices together and A. Will it work? And B. Will the bandwidth be fast enough to accommodate this?
Obviously I would prefer to have only one wire going to the mac but my backup plan would be to buy adaptors for the raid and dac and plug those in directly to the computer. Would this also work?
Next question assuming it does work - does anyone have recommendations for hubs other than Anker? I have several of their products now and they work great for me, but if there is something better please let me know.
From the usb c docks that I have seen they are too expensive for what you get and they have connections for things i wont need such as display port, mini dp, hdmi, and dont have enough usb 3 or they will have the sd card slot but not ethernet or vise versa.
Any thoughts/insight/suggestions would be much appreciated.
