This is something I was thinking about, and am really pleased it works as expected.

Got SideCar working with the MacBook and iPad Pro. Then came into work and plugged in a third display via the HDMI adapter, and hey presto, three screens! Unfortunately my desktop PC monitor doesn’t support HDMI so I used a projector for testing purposes, but I now have a 3-screen setup as soon as I can swap out the monitor for a decent one!

three displays are working only in mirroring mode. not as extension: what should i do?
