As my query says, do you think 2017 version is better.. ? I know there is difference in ssd capacity..

But what about performance and screen quality ? I heard screen is much brighter than 2016 13 MBP. I will try to get a MBP this friday in best buy sale.

Upgraded keyboard (2nd Generation Butterfly Mechanism). Very minor increase in processor speed (Skylake 2.9GHz to Kabylake 3.1GHz Touchbar Versions) and iGPU power (Iris Pro 550 to 650). Supposed better batter life from new processor, but claims have been about the same 10hrs as 2016 ver. RAM speed increase from 1866MHz to 2133MHz, but still DDR3. And lastly SSD speeds, supposedly faster.

No supposedly about the SSD speeds. 2017 SSD speeds beat 2016.
But battery life is measurably worse despite the more efficient CPUs and reviewers don’t know why.
Maybe it’s an optimization problem that High Sierra will resolve.
