2017 Mbp 13" Touch Bar / Applecare for enterprise

I found an offer on local for a 2017 13" Macbook pro touchbar 16gb 256gb ssd for $1150 with applecare till 2021. Is this a good deal ? I check the warranty on apple and it said Applecare for enterprise. Is this any difference to normal applecare if we buy it from the store ? Should I worry for apple won't fix the laptop if I am not an employee of the company that purchase the plan ?

Actually - I called Apple and the support guy went off and talked to the Enterprise team. He said that they could easily move the coverage to another machine in their fleet so that it was no longer covered
