2017 mbp EGPU vega 64 question

i have a 2017 mbp and looking at a egpu setup for davinci.
My uestion is will radeon vega 64 cards work for high sierra or mojave and are they amd ??
the razor x box says only amd.. thoughts??

Yes it is AMD, and yes for Mojave, unsure but most likely yes for High Sierra. You can check for running configurations at http://eGPU.io

Performance vs. Price wise I would recommend the Vega 56 over the 64 (based on googled benchmarks, it’s 25% more expensive and uses more electricity but offers only 10% more performance)
