So I've got 1,1 MacPro that I unknowingly installed the 2018-001 Security Update that "software bricked" my computer causing it to boot loop. I've got a 250GB SSD that I boot off of, and three 2TB Hitachi 7200RPM drives in a RAID 0 Stripe configuration for storage. I've got most of my stuff backed up on separate external disks, but its been a month or two.

Worst case, I can't get my recovery partition to work, and I can't get it hacked to work with the older Kernel. Can I install a new copy of El Capitan, instal the boot files, and have it recognize my RAID 0 array right away? Or am I completely screwed?
