Anyone know why I cannot output at 60Hz and HDR from my 2018 MacBook Pro when I was able to do this on my 2013 model?

When I look at the display settings there's no option for 60Hz on this one. Moreover, when I select HDR on my monitor it goes to a blank screen until I turn it off. It never did this on my 2013 model.

Have the new ones taken a step backwards?

Thanks.
