For the first time, I opted for a 15" mbp in 2017. This followed several 13" laptops for a number of years. I never really warmed up to the form factor of the 15".
I've also had a pretty serious round of difficulties with my 15" recently. I simply cannot be w/out a reliable workhorse computer due to the fact I'm a business owner and rely on my computer on a daily basis, like many others.
Anyhow, I decided to roll back to the 13" and picked-up a 2018 i7 w/512 ssd w/16 RAM and have been putting it through its paces.
Bar none - this is the sweetest 13" mbp I've ever had my paws on..just a nice package overall. I set it on charge last night and after full charge gave it to my lovely bride who printed out approximately 1K+ pages from the computer, on battery. I've been browsing the interweb for about an hour and a half while listening to some Judas Priest. Screen brightness is at about 65%
Here's my battery life for those who are wondering what kind of performance the machines are capable of.. 14+ hrs remaining..not too shabby.
