Hey guys, just unboxed my maxed out 512 SSD 2018 15" MBP. If you guys any test that you want me to do and see the results, please let me know.

Geekbench: 5200-5500, 22000-25000
Cinebench: ~900

Idle Temps: 35-40C

So far, I did a prime95 torture test for 5 min, and here is the result:

Consistent 2.9ghz, ~85 avg CPU temp, and ~37pkg at ~100% CPU utilization.

Great first post! Thanks for the screenshot. Keep running P95 for 15-20 min and then you might see the throttling, 5 min is nothing IMHO.

Hey I've been following along in that throttling thread, just want to say thanks for all the stuff you're testing for us. I will have mine a couple days, so I'm trying to figure out exactly how to check if I should keep it or return it for another one.

I9 user here. Since we are using prime95 I've been using that as a base to compare with you guys.

Prime 95 Testing
Prime95 Test 1 and 3 will give me the most stable and flattest line.

Prime95 Now Test 2 and Test 4....goes ALL over the place. Give it a try and see if it happens on yours.
