Hello,

Unfortunately my MacBook Pro is not starting anymore. I checked everything but nothing work :/

I have no other adapters on the Mac book, I rest all RAMs, if I put the power cable on - no sound or no display message, no lights on the keyboard or 2. small display. Nothing :(

Have perhaps anybody a good idea?

It’s with 1TB SSD.

Thanks for help!

Greetings,
Sebastian

Apple, or an Apple service provider, is your only option if it is completely unresponsive. Use your AppleCare+ and get her fixed or swapped out. It’s times like these that make AppleCare+ indispensable.

Call Apple or where you purchased it - as mentioned above that's your only recourse.

unlikely. When you turn the computer on it will be on normal brightness.
This is not true there was a recent story about a customer who went thru several AppleCare advisors and no one could determine the issue. It turned out to just be the brightness was turned down all the way and it cached that setting upon restart.

I droped my Mac book by Apple and they repaired it. Try the same. My motherboard was done.
