2018 MacBook Pro 15” to 2020 M1 MacBook Pro?

Is this a worthy upgrade? I have no need for bigger screen laptop, and old 2018 keyboard is driving me crazy. Not sure if I want to shell out $2k for the new 14” MBP either. I can trade in my 15” MBP for 900 toward a 2020 MBP, so the difference I would pay is around $400
