I’m aware these pre-redesigned keyboards are full of problems. Whenever I type in Word, the cursor would jump to other place on the screen, this is driving me nuts. How can I use my AppleCare coverage to fix this? Are they just going to slap on a same keyboard and hope I have better much luck?
