2018 MacBook Pro vs 2019 16"

Thinking about upgrading from my 2018 MacBook Pro 15" to the 16". Currently I have a 2.6ghz i7 with 32gb of ram, 560x, 512gb.
Anyone has jumped from a 2018 to the new 16". Thoughts? is it worth it?
I have a buyer who wants to buy my 2018 for 2500 lol. (which is above market value (obviously)). but I don't know if its going to worth it still.

Did you do it? I would have! Heck, I'd still love to, but doubt I can get anyone to buy it for enough
