2018 MBA running like a pig since upgrading to Ventura

I just upgraded my 2018 MBA with 8gb of ram to Ventura and it is running horribly. Does anyone else have the same computer, how does it run for you?
 
128GB drive?
I'm guessing it's filled up and that's what's causing problems.
Happens all the time.

Not difficult to fix.

Yeah its the 128gb but its not close to full. I think i might need to do a fresh install from scratch, that usually fixes most problems.
