I've had various 12" MB since they were launched but recently had a loan of a 2018 MBA; the screens looked pretty similar to me but I notice when you compare models on the Apple website the MBA is listed as having a Full Standard Colour (sRGB) display whereas the MacBook has a Standard Colour (sRGB) display. Some of the reviews of the 2018 MBA mentioned that the colour reproduction wasn't as good as the MB 12, but from the spec above it sounds like it should be better? From what I understand the brightness should now be better on the MBA after the software upgrade though (400nits v 300nits).
Any thoughts on the colour question?
