2018 MBP 2.3 GHz vs 2019 MBP 2.4 GHz

Two quick questions:
  1. Do both of these machines have the same intel processor? Is there any update there whatsoever?
  2. Does anyone have the performance benchmarks for both of these machines?
I've been offered a very good deal on a 2.4 GHz 2019 MBP but I have the 2018 MBP model. I assume there is little to no improvement YoY but thought I'd ask the experts.
