I'm trying to install Mojave PB 10 on a secondary volume on my 2018 MBP but I'm unable to install it. Running the installer and directing it to another volume produces an error, and attempting to boot to a USB thumb drive produces an error of 'Unable to boot to this device, please install an update to continue'. I'll install the update, reboot, and come back to the same message. Has anyone been able to successfully install Mojave on a second volume on a 2018 MBP?

How do you get the full installer of PB10 in the first place? It is not on App Store yet (it's DP10/PB9 currently). If you used the Python script it won't work on T2-powered devices. There are two approaches to get 18A389 on MBP 2018 at this moment:

1) Download full DB10 installer from App Store and update the device to DB11; or

2) Wait for the public release

I did not see that there was response to this post, so I'm just now getting around to responding lol. I was downloading the latest version with the script and didn't even think about the T2 issues. So I downloaded a fresh copy of PB9 and I'm still having the same issue. Does it have to be the Developer version, because I thought the builds were the same this time? I even disabled all boot security to make sure it would go through but had the same issue. What gives?
