Hi!
I am currently travelling with a friend. She's not very techy (but loves her iPhone and MBP).
Anyways, we were going over some preparations for work stuff, and we needed to watch a few YouTube vids on the hotel lobby.
Her fans are literally SCREAMING (!) while playing 1080p.
I was so surprised by I stopped everything (I know, I am crazy) and had to figure out what's running on her device.
She does have a few chrome extensions, but other than that - nothing unusual.
I opened up the Resource Monitor (mind you - I am not a mac user), and tried to figure out if there's something that's killing her CPU in the background. But couldn't detect anything weird (BTW - why is the Resource Monitor showing ABOVE 100% utilization of processed - that was odd).
So yes, it's Chrome.
She's running the latest MacOS (forgot the name, excuse me - Big Sur, is it?)
Is this how it is with these macs? Or is something off with her machine?
Had to share this. Thank you.
