2018 or 2019 which is it?

I am looking at possibly getting the MacBook Pro 13" no Touch Bar (1499$) and I am wondering if it is the 18 or 19 model? How do you tell which is which year?

And do these come with the new gen 4 keyboard already installed??

It was 2017 model with 2 gen keyboard. To prevent keyboard error you could
use keyboard cover.

All of 2018 and 2019 minimal has quad core and all has touch bar.
