I bought my 2019 13" MBP in December 2019. It worked great for 2 months. But it started to have the keyboard and touchpad freeze issues. The entire keyboard and touchpad do not respond to anything when it happens and the MBP would enter sleep mode because it does not sense any input. The problems usually happen after I wake up the MBP from sleep mode.

I have gone through the SMC/NVram resets with the Apple advisors, as well as safe mode. The problems are not resolved. Apple wants me to send the laptop for repair. This is my work computer and I don't want to send it to Apple and be out of it for a long time.

Has anyone got Apple to accept returns? Apple has been intentionally selling defective products. If anyone knows how to get Apple to take their defective products back, please do share.
