Hello everyone.
As title say, I do have 2019 16” MacBook Pro (Intel). This MacBook has 4 USB C build in ports.
I got 2 portable monitors -15” and both are 2K. Both of them have 2x USB C and 1x mini HDMI.
I know I can plug them in directly to 2 of the MacBook Pro USB C ports and they work just fine. But that only leaves me with 2 extra USB C ports on the MacBook Pro, from which one is for power source.
So now I’m down to only one USB C port left, and I need to plug things like dongle for my keyboard, headset, mouse etc.
What would be my best way to resolve this? Get a docking station that can power up the mackbook and has HDMI ports for monitors? Get a Thunderbolt docking station that I can connect both monitors via USB C to USB C, and then the docking station to MacBook?
I’m kind of lost here.
Thank you.
