2019 16” to 2021 14”

Hello, I have a 2019 16” i7 and was thinking of changing to the 14” 10 core ($2499) and wanted to see if anyone did this and how has it been so far?

Any issues with the size reduction? Do you view it as an upgrade?

2019 i9 16" 5600m to a 14" max 64gb

This computer is insane. It smashes the 16" and is close to my 16 core Ryzen desktop with a 3080ti GPU !!!! I cannot honestly believe it.

So much cooler and quieter running than the 16" 2019.
I am more than happy with the screen size - it is basically very similar to the old 15" MBP due to better resolution.

If I was using the computer all day long on its own I would get the 16" but if it is for an hour or so and used with a monitor for the rest a 14" is perfection.

I don't love the design, but the performance is simply amazing.
