I just recieved my new macbook pro 2019 16inch. 8 core, 32gb, 1tb, 2.3ghz. This thing is a beast.

Anyways, when I'm in chrome on reddit for instance, or even here. If I am on a web page, count to 5sec, then scroll - there is a 1sec lag. If I don't wait 5sec, there is no lag. Has anyone else had this issue? I think its only in chrome thus far.

I'm seeing this too, I think its caused by the automatic graphics switching in macOS. I fixed it by disabling the integrated GPU and forcing the AMD card to run all the time via the power settings. Not ideal for those on battery power but that was the only way I could get rid of the micro-stuttering.

Interesting. It doesn't bother me too much, but coming from my old macbook where I had no problems or wasn't use to it is what makes it weird.
