2019 Air with external monitors laggy

I have a 2019 13 inch air with 16 gigs of ram using a J5Create connected via USB C to two monitors and the monitors are connected via HDMI to the J5. One of the monitors is an LG 32 inch 4k and the other is just a 1080p dell. I get some really bad mouse lag at times when going between the monitors.

Any suggestions?
