Hi there,

Just took delivery of a 2019 Macbook Pro 13 inch

Was browsing away last night and the battery was still on its factory charge at around 30% it just completely shut down the only way i could get it to boot up was to stick it on charge.

Is this normal?

Im going away this week and really need this thing to be reliable!

This is not quite normal, but give the battery a couple of cycles to have a better idea if everything is ok or was the OSX battery percentage just way off on the first boot
