2019 MP 7,1 Tahoe Performance Issues

I'm having performance issues since updating to Tahoe.

When opening Apps folder, icons are slow to load sometimes. So I ran the newest version of EtreCheckPro and the results are concerning.

There is a change to how icons are stored and loaded. Makes them slow to load. Jump to “When an icon is not an icon” section.

Thanks for that info, that explains the icon issue. Now I have to figure out why the poor performance recorded by EtreCheck?

OK, I'm not experiencing any performance issues other than the icon issue which has been explained above. Drive health is 100%, I tested the CPU and GPU and found no issues. I run graphics design software on a daily basis and I'm not experiencing any RAM issues either. I don't understand why EtreCheck is slow when checking software? I'm beginning to think that the issue is with EtreCheck and not my system.
