New tonight is the availability of the 2020 13" MacBook Pros in the Apple Refurb Store. There are 24 there now in various configurations ranging in price from $1099 for the base model to $2209 for an i7/16/2TB. I'm not seeing any 10th gens, but it's possible they'll be available as new stock is added.

Many of the configs are CTOs, which are available to ship overnight and two-day (compared to 2-3 weeks for new CTO). Standard configs in the refurb store are noted with the original price crossed out and the savings next to it. All the others are CTO.

I sent back 2 2020 MacBook Pro 13' 15 10th Ten configuration (1699) which had display issues. Light was shining through the rubber. Enjoy and tell me if it got fixed. I presume even the repair facility had faulty displays, seeing that my third MacBook Pro has the same issue as well (I just gave up).

Not really sure how your post relates to what's in stock in the refurb store, but sorry to hear your new MBP has issues.
