My wife just bought a new MBP and while it's great it seems to have an issue using ethernet if WiFi is enabled. We both have Anker USB-C hubs, we've tried swapping them around and get the same issue only on her Mac. If WiFi is on then ethernet won't initialize, we have to turn WiFi off to get ethernet working.
This is not the case on my MacBook, it uses ethernet by default but stays connected to WiFi.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Did you set the service order so that the Mac prefers Ethernet over Wifi? https://support.apple.com/en-nz/guide/mac-help/mchlp2711/mac
