The internet seems to be awash with rumours of an imminent refresh of the macbook 13" model which I think is probably correct. But is it worth hanging on till the 14 inch model is revealed but the 2nd gen with the new 10th gen processors and the new screen technology?

The 13" refresh will be a 14" model if one exists - just smaller bezels.
They'll use ice lake iX-10x5G7 processors.
