2020 MBP 13 Inch Battery

My charger is plugged in and connected to The USC-C port. My batter indicator shows charging but my battery is % is dropping as I use the computer. Is that normal?

Are you doing something intensive with the machine? The stock charger sometimes won't be able to keep up if you're doing something that's maxing our the CPU/GPU such as gaming or processing 4k video...
