Well the title says it all. To make a long story short, I was on my 2nd MBP (1.83 GHz ) and it was about to go in for another repair (Whine etc ). I called apple care and asked If I can just go into the retail store I bought it at and exchange it to the new 2.0, which was upped from 1.83. They said no problem, went into retail store and did the exchange. They even lent me a FW cable so I can transfer my data from my previous MBP. During the whole transaction I was professional and never got rude. Again thanks Apple !

BTW, This MBP is perfect. NO whine.

P.S. The new Macbook's are real cool. I was able to play around with them while my data was migrating. The glossy screen is'nt as horrible as people are making it seem. As the store manager said "The die-hard mac fans are the ones questioning the glossy screen, everyone else loves them". I actually think they look real good. They were selling like hot cakes. I saw a total of 7 people walking out with new MB's.

Apple. There's nothing like them or their products. :)

Enjoy your amazing computer.
