I'm trying to identify an old film that keeps popping up in my memory.
I think it was black and white, not 100 % sure. In the part I remember, there was a large cast, lots of people dressed in roman style togas running around, and every now and then, a huge gun firing into space. The gun seemed to be massive, perhaps the size of a large building.
That's about all I have to go on. Any ideas?
