I want to install the SAP Java GUI on a macbook pro, I have tried using different versions of Java but the installer fails with all versions. I read online that version 6.30 wont run on the new intel macs, does anyone know if there is a workaround?

We have a extensive siebel system at the company, its has a web based frontend, when I heard that I was very optimistic about it working on the mac, but it seems it ONLY works in Internet Explorer 6 and then requires the installation of a option pack that goes and installed a lot of activeX components (pretty web friendly hey), any one know of a workaround??

Just to close a thread I started, there is now a new version of the SAP GUI, version 7 works on the new intel macs. The new versions of Siebel will apparently work on firefox for mac, but the older version will not run on the mac at all... thats what oracle says anayway. :D
