21.5" iMac at Amazon.com "Item Under Review"

I was about to order a 21.5" iMac as a gift when it suddenly lost its Amazon Prime status. Now it's being supplied by a 3rd-party vendor. Also, this "Item Under Review" message popped up on the product page (see attachment, yellow box...)

Does anyone know of any recent problems with these iMacs coming from Amazon?
