I have a new 21.5 2012 iMac and wondered if I can completely replace the stock drive with an SSD?
I seen a few tear-down videos and the fusion SSD drive is located behind the main board which is a lot more work to put an SSD in there (effectively create my own fusion) than changing the stock 5900RPM drive for an SSD
oh, and how does my warranty +Applecare get effected by opening her up?
