Are there any free image editing programs that can resize photos and invert images?? I've tried a few and nothing so far can do what I want... is there an equivelent to paint for windows on mac?

Pixel has been getting a lot of nice reviews lately.
Strange - last time I was at the site, it was free software and in testing 🙁
But the price is pretty low, never tried Pixel myself, but if it works as good as what I read, it's worth it over the free Gimp (I'm not a fan of Gimp at all).

I can't stand ANY of the mac softwares for image editing - APART from this one i just found which i think is AMaZING!
(and xee which LOVES to crash)
Imaginator by stone - it's not free - but has a great trial version and it's hugely powerful
failing that I always go for installing a windows copy on your mac and then using irfanview which desperately needs a mac developer to convert it's OS base.
