Logged in twice?

Hello. I was wondering why my machine has decided to log me in twice. Under the apple menu I have 2 of everything...
Sleep (1 time)
Restart
Restart
Shut Down
Shut Down
Log Out
Log Out

When browsing around the finder, I get this annoying box around everything I click and it's driving me crazy. I've tried logging out, and back in, restarting, repair permissions, and nothing has worked.

Any suggestions?

Do you have VoiceOver turned on? Try hitting COMMAND-F5. 🙂
