I am looking into getting the 22inch vizio tv from walmart for $297 to hook my macbook up to this summer. anyone have one?

I have this one, however I just got my Macbook today. I will be trying this configuration over the weekend.

Jim

Hey when you get it setup can you tell me how the macbook looks on it? I will be using it mostly for movies.

I hope to get the cable this weekend.

Mine is the full 1080p 22 inch, I think there are about 3 models out there. I think it should the the 1900x1200 no problem.

Thanks

Ended up getting the 32inch version for $429 at Walmart and its great!!

I just bought a 42" Vizio from Walmart and it's pretty nice (and very inexpensive). My biggest complaint is the speakers are terrible and it came with 1 dead pixel in the lower right corner. It's impossible to notice unless you are inches away from the screen.

Definitely worth the purchase so far.

i got the 37 and i am in love with it.

i got it for 600 bucks and it is 1080p. I have tried finding a 37 LCD in 1080p for under 600 and couldnt. A great buy for your Xbox or looking up the mac.

I bought it for my bedroom so I could hook my MBP up to it. Its 720p but I have a bigger plasma tv thats 1080p and I dont see too much of a difference.

19" Sony

I have the Sony 19" KDL-19M4000. It runs at 1440 x 900 resolution, decent picture when connected to my MacBook (it has a VGA connector). This TV can be had for about $300 or less now. The TV picture itself is 720p, excellent quality.
