Hi,
I have a 2 year old 23" ACD. Was working fine this morning, but now will NOT power on. No white light, no amber lights -- nothing.
I tried testing the brick, but it appears to be working. So does the AC power cord (tested on another device which has an LED which did turn on)
My MacBook Pro does see the monitor when I plug it in (but I'm pretty sure it always does as long as the DVI cable is plugged in).
Apple won't help, and I'm not ready to take it in to a store without getting your opinions first.
I plugged a thumb drive into the USB port in the back, and when I tried plugging in the cable to the brick, it flashed orange (the color of my thumb drive) for a second but shut off. White LED on the front never powered on, and I have not been able to get the LED on my thumb drive to light up again.
It was working fine this morning, but then I unplugged my laptop and went to class. Came back, and it was not working.
