23 Cinema Display won't turn on

Just bought the 23" Cinema Display and have connected it to my 13" Macbook Pro through a monoprice DVI to Mini DisplayPort converter and have a blank Cinema Display Screen. The bottom white light flashes short-long-short on the monitor. I went out and bought another DVI to Mini Display Port converter from Apple, but still having no luck. The MBP detects the screen, but the screen produces no picture. Any suggestions?

EDIT: Just figured out that the seller sent me the 65w adapter instead of the 90w. This can be closed.
