Hello, I found a 23 inch Aluminum Apple Cinema Display for a really good price. The only problem is that the display will go on and show video for ten seconds then it'll shut off. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I really don't want to pass such a great deal up.
Thanks!!!!

I used to have a similar problem with one of my 20" displays, though they would stay on for a couple hours and then crash. I suspect the problem might be the same, but reversed. I bought 2 20" cinema displays on eBay. One came with the proper (I believe 65 watt) power supply and the other came with a power supply for a 23" model (I think 90 watt) and would overheat and turn off very often. Perhaps the display you have was supplied with the power supply for the 20" model and is not getting enough juice?

The person said that it has the correct power brick and they actually just replaced it, so they believe that it's the internal power supply, though it very well may be the power brick too. Thanks
