24" Display not on apple store anymore? 27" the only ACD available?

I don't see the 24" anywhere on apples site, in fact I don't see anything but the 27", is that all apple is offering anymore, the 27"?

24 can only be found in the refurbished store, as it is no longer a current product. Stock is limited so just keep checking.

I have an early 2008 MBP without the mini-display port. I also have a friend that's willing to sell me his 24" ACD at a great price. However, I don't know which adapters to get that will allow me to run my early 2008 MBP with this 24" ACD. Could somebody please shed some light here? I just want to get the full 1920x1200 resolution. Is this possible?

Sorry, I'm such a newb with all of this gadgetry.

If somebody could please link me the cable that I need on monoprice, or just give me the part number, or whatever, I'd appreciate it.

Im pretty sure those 2008 mbp's came with an included dvi to vga adapter, so thats what you would have to use.
