24 hour clock option?

I might have missed this, I have searched and traipsed around the User CP, so apologies if I'm asking something obvious. But:

On forums I'm a member of, I like to change the times to the 24 hour clock (ie 19:45 instead of 7:45 PM). I don't use the 12 hour clock in my daily life, so I therefore don't like to use it on forums.

I've not found a way to change this on Mac Rumors. Is there a way to do it, and if so, would someone please point this out to me?

Vbulletin does have that option. All but one forum I'm a part of uses Vbulletin and they all have the option.

vBulletin will let the forums be set so everyone uses 24-hour time or so everyone uses Ante/Post Meridiem (12-hour) time, but unfortunately has no User CP Option to let members override the default. It would require a mod to vBulletin to do this.
