24 hours & no OK to download ML

I have heard nothing since I got a "claim submitted" printout more than 24 hours ago.

Only thing I can say is join the club mate. Apparently, Apple may take up to 72 hours to process your request. The other option is to just go ahead and purchase ML and see if Apple will give you a refund. I've been waiting for a bit more than 24 hours too now

I like how Apple is adopting the US Government policy of making no official comment and just letting the people grumble to themselves. I approve this tactic. Transparency will only cause more problems.
