24 inch LED Cinema display the same as 24 inch iMac?

Does anyone know if the panel used in Apples 24 inch Cinema display is the same as the 24 inch iMac?

I think that they are either identical or newer/older revisions of the same panel line. See my response in this thread:

I could easily be wrong, but I didn't think the iMac was using LED screens ... yet. I thought they were still plain "old" LCD technology. (There's no mention of LED on Apple's iMac webpages that I could find.)

The LCD panel is distinct from the backlight. The iMac uses a CCFL backlight, and the ACD uses an LED (edge lit?) backlight, but the panels are either identical or very similar.
